Delete a Cage

As with the other projects, this one invokes the nucleator command on the nucleator machine instance.  Specifically, it runs 'nucleator cage delete' for the customer and cage you select.  WARNING: there is not an easy undo operation!  You will have to re-provision and configure the cage to get it back and then without any deployments you may have made to it.
